USStriper.com aims to process all orders within 24hrs. of receipt.
Products coming directly from a manufacturer or custom orders are expedited as
quickly as possible, but may take longer to ship. Most orders are shipped
via UPS and require a street address. A
shipping and handling charge will be added to all orders. Priority
shipping is available and priced accordingly.
Items that are identified as oversized
may require a shipping charge in addition to the standard shipping charges
due to the weight and/or size of the items. Large quantity orders
may also require additional shipping charges. You will be
contacted after your order is processed to confirm any oversized or large
quantity shipping charges.
Items that are identified as motor
freight or a combination of items which may exceed the size
and weight requirements of UPS must be shipped by motor freight / common
carrier. Our standard Shipping/Handling charges will not
apply. You will be contacted after your order is processed to
confirm any motor freight shipping charges. Unloading of
merchandise is the customer's responsibility.

All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship
only. Merchandise claimed defective must be returned, transportation
charges prepaid for our inspection and decision.
USStriper.com shall prepay transportation on the repaired or replaced
products. No merchandise may be returned, without the approval of
USStriper.com. Items returned without authorization will be refused and
returned at the customers expense. All merchandise accepted for return
must be in resalable condition, and returned freight prepaid within 30 days
from receipt of order. Returned merchandise is subject to a
15% restocking charge. Custom and special ordered items are none
returnable. Please contact us for a Return
Authorization Number prior to return. |
